Shipping & Returns
Shipping for all orders within Australia is only $10 and $15 for express shipping. We offer free shipping with purchases over $150.00. We offer free in-store pickup, as well as delivery within the local area. Furniture is quoted on a case-by-case basis, please contact us and we will do our best to get you the best shipping price.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse in Yandina.
International orders including New Zealand are shipped with DHL Express Service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept a return under the following guidelines for a credit note. If you would like to exchange for an item, please place a new order. Please note that we only provide refunds on faulty items with proof of purchase.
Please read the below terms to make sure your item qualifies for a return.
- The product is in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with all the original tags attached.
- The item is returned within 14 days (after it was received)
- The items are not purchased on sale.
- Item is returned with a valid tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and if your return has been approved or rejected. Faulty returns will be refunded to their original method of payment (gift cards are non refundable), within 5-10 business days.
Discount codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your account will be credited only the amount that you paid after any discounts or shipping.
We do not cover the shipping cost for returning an item unless the product is faulty or an error on our behalf. You will need to ensure that the return postage is traceable as tedeandco takes no responsibility for missing packages.
